Road rules and fines
Every rule the police enforce and its usual fine.
Police cars patrol the streets their station covers. A car that sees a driver break a rule puts its lights on, both pull to the side of the road, and the driver is ticketed or arrested. In the Mayor's office you can switch each rule on or off and set its fine. These are the fines each rule starts with.

Patrols and crashes
- Request a patrol: click any junction and post a police car there for a while.
- Tickets stay with the citizen: open a person's profile to see every ticket and what it was for.
- Crashes: a police car is sent, the driver at fault is ticketed, and the road stays blocked until the police have been.
- A jail makes every station more effective and makes residents feel safer.
